Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for any personalized items.

What is considered a personalized product?

Personalized products are defined as items that have been tailored or modified specifically to include unique details such as names, initials, dates, designs, or any other custom specifications provided by the customer.

 

For Jewelry:

We accept returns for jewelry within 15 days from the purchase date, provided the item has not been worn and is returned with all original packaging. After 15 days, returns will not be accepted. Please note that all jewelry returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

 For Digital Products:

Due to the digital nature of our templates, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products.
