Can I edit the text on all digital products?
Each product is different, so please review the details of each listing to see what parts of the text can be changed and what cannot.
Are the graphics able to be moved around?
No, the graphics can't be moved around in the design. The layout is fixed, so adjustments to the position of the graphics aren't possible.
Is there a limit to how many time I can download the file?
EVERYTHING EXCEPT EDITABLE THANK YOU CARDS - You are allowed to download the digital content up to ten times for a period of 90 days after the initial purchase, depending on which condition is reached first. For instance, if you download the content ten times within 30 days, you won't be able to download it again, even though the 90-day period has not yet passed. Conversely, if 90 days go by and you've downloaded it fewer that ten times, you will no longer have access to the design.
EDITABLE THANK YOU CARDS - You have access to download an unlimited number of editable thank you cards for 90 days.
Can I use the digital download for commercial purposes?
No, all designs are for personal use only. Personal use only for digital downloads means that the files are intended solely for your individual use. You cannot share, distribute, or use the downloaded content for commercial purposes.
What file formats are included with the download?
You can download the file in either PDF, JPG or PNG Format.

What is the processing time?
Currently, our processing time is 1-3 business days. This means it takes 1 to 3 business days for us to make your order and drop it off at the post office.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, S'Berry only ships within the U.S.
How long does shipping take?
We offer economy, standard, and express shipping methods. Economy takes an estimated 2-6 business days, Standard takes an estimated 3-4 business days, and Express takes an estimated 1-2 business days. The timeframes are approximate, exclude weekends, and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
S'Berry LLC custom creates each order as we receive them. At checkout, you will be able to select your method of shipping. We recommend selecting a faster shipping method if you need your order to get to you faster. Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable, and shipping upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times.
All orders will contain a tracking number. Please make sure to track your package to get a better estimate of knowing when it will arrive. We cannot refund or resend the item due to loss after confirmation of delivery. S'Berry won't be held responsible for items that the Postal Service has delivered and you didn't receive it. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

How do I track my order?
Reference your shipment confirmation email to be able to track your order.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We require photo proof of the product and all of it's packaging, including the shipment box. You will need to send the photos to info@sberryboutique.com and reference your order number.

Do you accept returns?
Please note that due to the personalized nature of your purchase, including your unique customizations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We do not offer exchanges.
Product Questions
What puzzle sizes do you offer?
We currently offer 12-piece, 30-piece, and 252-piece puzzles. Our 12-piece puzzle measures 7.125"L x 5.25"W x 0.1", our 30-piece puzzle measures 9.5"L x 7.5"W x 0.1", and our 252- piece puzzle measures 13.5"L x 10"W x 0.
What's the difficulty level of each puzzle size you offer?
You'll need to factor in that our puzzles are typically surprise announcements, so there is no picture on the box to help assemble. So which that in mind, the 12-piece puzzle has an easy difficulty level, the 30-piece puzzle has a moderate difficulty level, and the 252-piece puzzle is extremely difficult.

Do you send a proof of each order before it's created?
For physical personalized products: A proof of your personalized physical product will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your order. Please respond promptly to ensure timely processing.
What is a proof?
A proof is a preview of the design with your customizations that allows you to confirm the layout and text before final production. It's a sample used to check for errors, allow changes to be made if necessary, and ensure that the final version is correct.
How long does it take to receive a proof?
We usually send the proof within a couple of hours after you place your order, as long as it's during our working hours. It's important that you approve the mockup right away to ensure your estimated delivery dates are maintained. If we don't hear back from you for the proof approval by the time your order is scheduled to ship, we will delay your order by 1 week to give you more time to respond. If we haven't heard back from you by the end of that extended week, we will cancel your order. If you order gets delayed, your estimated arrival date will also be pushed back, so it's crucial to approve the proof promptly.
Where will you send the proof?
We will send your proof to the email address you provided on the order. It's important for us to get your response quickly to avoid any delay in receiving your order.
How many revisions can I make?
We will allow up to 2 text revisions. Once we receive your approval on the proof mockup, no further revisions can me made.
